Sabudana aloo pakoda

Wash sabudana properly and Soak it for 2 hours.

Roast peanuts and grind it finely. Now take boiled potatoes in a bowl add salt, red chilli poder, dry mango powder, coriander seeds, green chilli and at last soaked and strained sabudana and mixed all ingredients well

In a pan heat the oil for frying at medium flame and side by side take some oil in your palm and make small balls of mixture.

When oil get hot slides the balls in the pan one by one. Keep them out from the oil when balls turn to brown.

Serve hot and enjoy with your family. My little baby couldn't stop himself to eat
