Mix the flour together with spices and some poppy seeds. Make a well at the center

Bloom yeast by mixing sugar into a mixture of the milk and water. Stir and leave for 10 min till foamy.

Add in your eggs and melted butter and whisk till mixed.

Pour the mixture into the flour and knead well. Proof the dough for 1 hr.

After proofing dough, grease and line a bread tin... Knead and shape the proofed dough and place it in the tin. You can also roll the dough to make some long bun breads.

Proof for 30min and bake in a preheated over for 25 min at 170° C. Enjoy.
