Ingredients

  • 1 cup- Green moong dal(split green gram)
  • 1-onion finally chopped
  • 2-Green chilled coarsely paste
  • 1/2tsp- tumeric powder
  • 1/2tsp- Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp-ajwain
  • Pinchasafoetida
  • 2tbsp-Coriander leaves finally chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl soak moong dal and 3cup water keep a side for 3-4 hour.

  2. 2

    Drain and keep it side.

  3. 3

    Then Add water blender jar and blender dal until grind the coarsely moong dal paste and add all species and mix well.

    Heat a oil in a pan.make a small bite size of the moong dal mixture drop it in a hot oil.

    Fry in a medium heat until the golden brown colour all sides and crisp remove them.

    Serve hot with Tomato sauce.
