Ingredients

  1. 4 cans (14.5 ounce)Goya chick peas (garbanzo beans), undrained
  2. Olive oil
  3. 1onion, chopped
  4. 1green pepper, chopped
  5. 10 clovesgarlic, minced
  6. 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  7. 1/4 teaspoonGoya adobo
  8. 1/2 cupelbow pasta (uncooked)
  9. 2 cartons (32 ounce)low sodium chicken broth
  10. 2 cans (14.5 ounce)diced tomatoes
  11. 2 bags (6 ounce)fresh baby spinach

Cooking Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a large stockpot......

    Sauté onion, green pepper and garlic until veggies are tender and fragrant......

    Next add in your garbanzo beans, black pepper, Goya adobo, elbow pasta, chicken broth, diced tomatoes and baby spinach, bring to a boil.....

    Reduce heat and slightly cover pot, cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally......Serve and enjoy 😉!!!
