Soak kasuri methi water for.10 minutes then drain out

Pour wheat flour in a bowl add salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,kasuri methi and 4 tablespoon oil to it.

Mix all ingredients properly knead it to make a soft dough.take a small portion of dough and dust in flour.

Flattened it very thin and roast from.both sides,use oil for shallow fry.

Thepla is ready to serve. Serve hot with achaar it gives amazing taste
