A delicious Paneer Recipe cooked without any onion and garlic, ideal for Navratri meal plan.

Steps

Wash Paneer and soak in lukewarm water for 10 minutes.

Add the lime juice and salt and marinate the paneer for 10 minutes.

Cut tomato into slices, also cut the beetroot into thin slices. Squeeze the ginger slice and put everything in blender. Make a smooth paste.

Put butter in pan. Fry paneer cubes and set aside after frying.

Pour oil in pan. Put the masala paste. Add pinch of turmeric powder and salt to taste.Add 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder. Saute for few minutes in medium flame.

Add Kadai Masala. Cook till masala starts changing colour. Add water as much needed.

Cook till water starts boiling. Add the fried paneer cubes.

Cook for few minutes more. As water absorbs the flavour of masala, it's ready to serve.

Sprinkle 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder if wish.
