Tapioca carrot kheer
Steps

Soak the sago or tapioca seeds overnight in sufficient water

Boil and blend or grate carrots

Now cook the sago seeds in one cup water till it’s translucent
- 4
Now add milk and cook till the milk boils.you can see the sago seeds are floating and are translucent. It means that’s well cooked.

Now add the grated carrot

Lastly add sugar and powdered cardamom bring it to boil and the kheer is done this can be served chilled it tastes good when cold
