Ingredients

  1. as requiredWater for soaking
  2. 1/2 - 3/4 cupchopped broccoli
  3. 1/4 cupboiled sweetcorn
  4. 3 tablespoonsghee or oil
  5. 1-1.5 inchesginger - crushed to a paste in a mortar-pestle
  6. 4-5small to medium garlic cloves
  7. 2 tablespoonschopped mint leaves - optional
  8. As per tastesalt
  9. As RequiredGaram masala
  10. As per tasteBlack pepper
  11. as requiredCheese
  12. 1Chopped carrot
  13. As requiredCoriander leaves chopped
  14. 1Onion
  15. 1tomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam the broccoli florets or microwave for 1 min on high. Thaw the sweet corn and microwave for 1 min.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in the pan. Add chopped garlic, ginger, big Elaichi, chopped broccoli, carrot and sweetcorn.

  3. 3

    Add black pepper, garam masala, salt and mints leaves and mix it well with vaggies.

  4. 4

    Add Cooked rice to the pan and stir fry for 2 to 3 mints.

  5. 5

    Test and adjust all the seasoning.

  6. 6

    Top with cheese. And switch off the gas and serve.

  7. 7

    For masala papad

  8. 8

    Cut the onion tomato green chilli and coriander leaves.

  9. 9

    Mix it well.and add the salt chat masala and lemon juice.
