Steps

In a big heating pot add ghee, black pepper corns, cumin and onion. Fry until golden brown.

Add beef, ginger garlic paste and 1/2 cup of water. Cook unitl meat changes its colour.

Now add all the spices. Mix and cook unitl ghee comes on surface.

Take out some of it for later use.

Now add water. Cover and cook on medium low flame for 1-2 hours or meat is 3/4 done.

Now add atta in water. Mix until milk like consistency is formed.

Add in nihari and keep stirring it to avoid making lumps.

Cover and cook for another 1 hour. Keep stirring in between.

Now when required consistency is achieved amd meat is all tender.turn off flame and rest it for half an hour so that ghee comes on top.

Garnish with ginger, lemon, green chillies and brown onion.
