My mom inspired me to make pulao
Steps

Heat 1tbsp oil in a pressure cooker.

Add whole masalas and sautè for a sec.

Add sliced onions and green chillies and sautè for a min.
- 4
Add ginger garlic paste and sautè for a min on medium flame.
- 5
Add the veggies one by one and sautè on medium flame for 5 mins.

Add the tomatoes (optional) saute for a min.
- 7
Add the coriander and mint leaves saute on low flame for a min.
- 8
Add the basmati rice and give a quick stir.
- 9
Add 1 1/2 cup of water (for one cup rice).
- 10
Mix everything properly and close the cooker.

Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
- 12
Turn off the flame wait for the pressure to go.
