Ingredients

  1. 2onion chopped
  2. 4tomatoes puree
  3. 200 gmsPaneer chopped
  4. 1 tsphaldi powder
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 2 tbspKashmiri red powder
  7. 1 tspgaram masala
  8. for tasteSalt
  9. 1 tspGinger chilli paste
  10. as requiredWheat flour for making rotis
  11. 1/2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    First take a pan add oil, Chopped onions mix it well. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.

    Now add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, haldi powder, coariander powder mix it well.

    Now add tomato puree and salt,and water mix it well.cook for 2-3 minutes

    Add paneer and garam masala mix it slowly&cook it for 5 to 6 minutes.

    Make chapati / roti dough. Roll chapatis with the dough and cook half until spots appear. Keep aside.

    Take a pan & apply butter on it put chapati on it cook it. Now put masala or mixture into chapti and roll it.

    Take it out and serves hot with tomato sauce or schezwan chutney
