Apple Milkshake is a very easy to make recipe that can be whipped up in no time. It is protien packed and nutrient- dense. It tastes delicious and is liked by the people of all ages.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 4-5apples (small or medium)
  2. 1&1/2 cupsmilk
  3. 2 tbspsugar
  4. 3cardamoms
  5. 8-10ice cubes
  6. Forgarnishing:
  7. 3almonds
  8. 2-3pistachios
  9. 2-3cherries

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble all the ingredients.

    Wash and cut the apples into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Add the apples to a blender. Add in milk, sugar, cardamoms and ice cubes.

    Blend everything until smooth and frothy and remove it to a vessel or glass.

  5. 5

    Pour the apple milkshake into serving glasses. Garnish with slivered almonds, pistachios and cherries. Serve chilled.
