Carrot halwa is an extremely popular sweet dish in India, loved by people of all ages. It is made and served with great enthusiasm in every city, village, and town across India. As delicious as it tastes, it is equally easy to make. Typically, we make carrot halwa at home 4 to 5 times during the winter. Today, I made carrot halwa in a pressure cooker. Making it in a pressure cooker allows it to be ready quickly. To make carrot halwa quickly, grate the carrots and roast the khoya in advance. Sudha AgrawalTranslated from Cookpad India -

Individual Apple Butter Individual Apple Butter
My husband kept talking about Apple butter, and how long it's been since he had some. Well, we did have some apples that needed to be used up because they were softening up, so I decided to attempt my first time in apple butter. Now, it's a family favorite. I didn't have allspice, so I used my allspice in a pinch recipe. qtmonki01 -

Apple Butter Apple Butter
I’m honestly late to the Apple Butter game. I didn’t know it existed until I ate it at a restaurant. I bought a jar to take home because I liked it so much. I decided to make my own rendition on this apple phenomenon using some unorthodox methods. This is an all day affair, so I recommend doing this on a day when you’re going to be staying home. The good news is, you don’t have to hover over the stove, it almost makes itself. Karl
