1onion
As neededSome garlic
1 inchginger
2-3chilli
As neededSome strands of coriander leaves.
as per tasteRed chilli powder
Tempering
1 tsp Rai
as requiredHing

Heat oil and put all the ingredients except coriander and saute for few minutes.

Add salt and chilli powder to it and switch off the gas..Let it cool.

Grind the items in mixer adding coriander to it.and then give a good tadka..And have it with paratha.
