Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsthin coconut milk
  2. as requiredsugar or jaggery
  3. 3medium size bananas
  4. 1-2 pinchvanilla powder or ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. 1/4 teaspooncardamom powder or cinnamon powder for garnishing
  6. 2 teaspoondry fruits powder

Cooking Instructions

    Put the bananas, vanilla and coconut milk into the blender.

    Also add the jaggery or sugar as required.

  3. 3

    Blend everything till smooth.

  4. 4

    Pour the milkshake in tall glass and sprinkle cardamom or cinnamon powder and dry fruits powder.

  5. 5

    Serve the banana milkshake immediately as with time its color and taste start changing. So you can not store this milkshake in the fridge to have it later.
