This is what my mother cooked us when we was at home, quick, cheap and tasty
Steps

Cut any excess fat off your pork steak and coat with flour, then dip in the beaten egg and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Set aside on a plate

Put a tin of chopped tomatoes in a saucepan and cut the Cheshire cheese up into the tomatoes in the saucepan

Melt the fat in a frying pan and gently fry your steaks turning to brown both sides and ensure they are cooked by pressing on them and should be firm

At the same time cook the cheese and tomatoes, stirring to ensure the cheese is melted into the tomatoes. Serve and enjoy(you can dip bread into the cheese and tomatoes if you wish
