  1. 2large potatoes
  2. 1 tablespoonsweet paprika
  3. 1 tablespoonall-purpose flour
  4. 1 tablespoonhot paprika
  5. 1/2onion
  6. 1garlic clove
  7. 2 tablespoonstomato sauce

    First, make the sauce: Finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté them in a skillet.

    Once softened, add the sweet and hot paprika, tomato sauce, and flour. Cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens. Season with salt.
