Ingredients

15 mins
  • 6large potatoes
  • 1olive oil, for frying
  • oregano
  • kefalotiri, grated (or parmesan or pecorino)

  1. 1

    Slice potatoes (I used 6, you use however many you like) into 1/8 inch pieces.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and add potatoes in batches. Fry till golden and then remove and drain on paper towels.

    Sprinkle with oregano and grated cheese. Eat them up!
