Tomato Onion Chutney

Keep all the ingredients ready and properly chopped

Put kadai on flame, add oil then put cumin seeds and crackle, put ginger, garlic and red chilli then stir it add chopped onion and cook for a minute then add grated tomatoes and put salt, cover it with a lid for two minutes add jaggery or sugar and cook openly for a minute.

Your tomato onion chutney is ready, garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and serve it hot with Thepla or Stuffed Paratha.
