  • 2 ltColostrum milk
  • as requiredMix dry fruits chopped or powder form
  • for tasteSugar
  • 1 cupGhee
  • 2 tbspCoconut grated

  1. 1

    Heat a pot add milk in it let it boil at medium flame stir it continuously so that the milk can't burn. After some time milk changes its form to curdle and it separate liquid. At this time add 1 tbsp ghee and let evaporate all the liquid when only curdle form left with little liquid in it add all dry fruit sugar and ghee in it and mix all well. High the flame stir the mixture it will separate ghee at this time switch of the flame. Our bolli is ready.

    Shift it in a bowl garnish with grated coconut.
