  • 200 gmPoha
  • Green Chillies as per your taste
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped potato (optional)
  • 1chopped Tomatoes
  • 1lemon/ Lemon juice
  • Coriander leaves as per your taste
  • 1fist of Peanuts
  • 7-8Curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoonMustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoonsauf
  • 2 tablespoonsoil
  • 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • Salt as per your taste
  • 1 pinchBlack Pepper Powder
  • Poha Masala (OPTIONAL)
  • Sev (OPTIONAL)

20 Minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the poha twice or thrice and keep it aside. Chop the vegetables and keep them aisde.

    Collect all ingredients together.

    Heat oil in a pan and cumin seeds, sauf, mustard leaves and curry leaves in hot oil.

    Add onions, green chillies, peanuts, tomatoes in the pan.

    Add all the above-mentioned spices in soaked/ washed poha.

    Mix the spices with Poha.

    Add the poha in the pan. Cook it for less than two minutes.
