Ingredients

2 -3 servings
  • 250 gmsboiled mutton
  • 4 tbspthick curd
  • 2 tspginger garlic crushed
  • 2 tsptandoori masala
  • 1capsicum or bell pepper
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as requiredOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a plate in that add boiled mutton pieces then add curd, tandoori masala.

    Then add salt, crushed ginger garlic in it and keep aside for 10 mins.

    Take pan put oil and then add the marinated mutton pieces and cook on slow flame for 10 mins.

    Then after 10 mins add diced bell peppers, onion and tomato and cook for another 10 mins.
