Ingredients

30 minutes
2 people
  • 2 cupsboiled rice(salted)
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cupgrated carrot
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped beans
  • as requiredChings Schezwan masala
  • 1/2 cuppaneer cut in cubes
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1 tspghee for frying paneer
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupboiled american corns

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil 2 cup rice with salt and let it cool completely.

    Finely chop all vegetables.

    In a non-stick pan heat ghee and fry paneer till golden brown.

    In a non-stick pan heat oil and add chopped beans, corn and carrot to it. Saute for 3-4 mins.

  5. 5

    Then add all three bell peppers and 1/2 tsp salt to it and saute for 4-5 mins.

  6. 6

    Add cooled cooked rice and 1/2 tbsp(or according to taste) schezwan masala.

    Mix well all ingredients and cover for 2-3 mins.

    Add fried paneer pieces and mix well.

    Serve hot with your choice of soup
