Ingredients

  1. 2medium sized beetroots
  2. 2tspoon green chilli chopped
  3. 2tbspoon of oil
  4. 2tbspoon of grated coconut
  5. 1tbspoon of coariander chopped
  6. 1tspoon curry leaves
  7. 1tspoon salt
  8. 1tspoon cumin seeds
  9. 1tspoon lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Cook beetroot till it become soft or give two whistles in pressure cooker.

    Chop beetroots,heat Pan add oil(you can use coconut oil)once it is hot add cumin seeds and curry leaves.add chopped chillies and saute

    Add chopped beetroots mix well add grated coconut, coariander chopped and salt.cook for more five minutes.if you want you can add chopped onion.lastly add lemon juice,it is also optional but it tastes nice. poriyal is ready.
