First, wash and clean the chicken thoroughly. In a bowl, add the chicken, yogurt, all the spices, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and rice flour. Mix well, cover, and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

In another bowl, combine the tomato ketchup, red chili sauce, and yogurt. Mix well to make the sauce and set aside.

Cut the green chilies in half. Finely chop the ginger and garlic. Set aside the whole dried red chilies and curry leaves.

Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry the marinated chicken on low to medium heat until crispy.

In another pan, heat oil. Add the green chilies and whole dried red chilies. Add the chopped ginger and garlic and sauté. Add the prepared sauce, mix well, then add the fried chicken. Toss everything together and turn off the heat.

Your spicy and tasty Chicken 65 is ready. Serve hot on a plate.
