Halfcook the kilangu with 1 whistle and peel the skin

And cut it into round shapes and deep fry light golden brown all the slices and keep it aside(this is her important)

Grind all the other ingredients into a fine paste

Now place the kadai add some oil and add the grinded masala and saulte for 5 mins then add the roasted slices into it and saulte for 10 mins put some curry leaves at the end.ready to serve.
