Wash your rice and drain, pour oil in a pan add rice and fry until golden brown then drain

Dice your all your veggies and sausage, grate your Scotch bonnet, ginger and garlic

In a pan pour oil, add onion and fry for 1mnts add grated Scotch bonnet and fry for 2mnts then add seasoning and spices keep frying add boil water follow by rice and cinnamon stick, 3 Scotch bonnet stir and cover the pan

When your rice is nearly cook add Carrots, green beans, peas, sweet corn, green pepper, red pepper, onion, bay leaf, sausage and shredded chicken stir until well combine then cover and allow the rice to cook well
