Prawns fry
Children's most favourite

Steps

Clean and wash prawns with drinking water for 3 to 4 times

Marinate prawns with salt and turmeric powder keep for 10 minute aside. Remove released water from prawns. Now add red chilli powder, fish masala and mix altogether again keep it aside for 10 minutes again.

Keep one kadhai on flame pour 1/4 cup oil in it and when oil get heated add marinated prawns and fry until it cooked and golden in colour. Now prawns are ready.

Serve with hot dal rice.
