Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsooji
  2. 1 tspurad dal
  3. 1 tspcana dal
  4. 1 tbsppeanut
  5. 1/2 tsprai
  6. 1onion chopped
  7. 8 Curry leave
  8. 1 tbspoil
  9. 2green chilli
  10. as per needWater
  11. as per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    First dry roast the sooji.in the same pan add oil when it heat up add mustard seed, curry leaves

    Then add dal and peanut saute it then add onion and cook it for 2,3 min then add salt and water and cover it

    When it boil then add sooji and stir continously to avoid lumps and allow it to cool till it become dry and its ready
