Egg Ghotala with omelette

Boiled 2 eggs, remove its shell and keep aside. Chopped Onions, Tomatoes, Green Chillies.

Heat 3 Tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped onions, green chillies and sautē until onions are translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, Coriander powder, red chilli powder and stir for 1 mins. - 3
Then add chopped tomatoes, salt, garam masala and stir. Add Coriander leaves. Put a lid on pan and Cook until tomatoes are soft.

Now grate boiled egg and add it to the mixture. Cook on low flame for 2 mins more.
Switch off the gas. Yours Egg Ghotala is ready. - 5
Heat and spread oil evenly on pan. Crack 2 egg and make half fry or full fry omelette.
Add pinch of salt and pinch of red chilli powder on omelette. - 6
Place omelette on dish and spread egg ghotala evenly over it.
Garnish with kothimbhir and serve hot.
You can also filled egg ghotala and omelette in the pav and eat it like Pav-bhaji.
