Bombay Sagu is a mildly spiced Karnataka style curry. This can be enjoyed with Dosa, Idli, Rava Idli and chapathi.
Cooking Instructions

In a pan heat oil. Add mustard, when they crackle, add jeera and curry leaves.

Now add chopped green chilli and chopped onion.
- 3
Add the mashed potatoes and turmeric powder and stir.

Add water about 1/2 cup and salt to taste and bring to boil.

Next add the chopped tomato and mix.

Add the gram flour in water without any lumps. Add this to the boiling potatoes and keep stirring.

Check salt. Add water to adjust the consistency of the curry. Dont forget to keep stirring.

Now add the coriander powder and mix.

Finally add the coriander leaves.

Bombay Sagu is ready to be enjoyed with Puri, chapathi and Rava idli.
