  • 1 cupblack chickpeas
  • 1cucumber chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1capsicum chopped
  • 2 tspolive oil
  • 1 tspchat massala
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak the chickpeas overnight. Cook in pressure cooker for 15 min (2 whistle)

    In a bowl add onion,tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum and boiled chickpeas and mix them well.

    Add lemon juice,salt,pepper,chat massala and olive oil and mix it well. Its ready to serve.
