2 cupsuncooked short grain white rice
1 1/2 cupswater

Wash rice until clear
2

Let rice sit in water 20-30 minutes

Drain rice and let sit for 10 minutes

Set pressure cooker to high and 2 minutes. Allow cooker to reach pressure then it will count down.

After 2 minutes is up release the pressure and let rice sit for ten minutes before removing top
