First of all wash all the vegetable properly and chopped it.

Take one pan add some oil in it. Now add all chopped vegetable in the pan. Mix it well. And now cook it for 5 to 7 minutes

Now add fried rice masala in the pan. And string it well.now add your leftover rice in the pan. Again start to mix it well.

Now cover the pan for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes just uncover the pan and your fried rice are ready to eat.
