Steps

In dahi add black pepper,salt and chaat masala and keep aside.

Shallow fry brinjal slices until light brown,set them in a dish.

Pour the yogurt mixture over it.

In a pan heat oil, add cumin,Curry leaves,rai seeds and garlic.
- 5
Once they pop add haldi,red chilli powder and a splash of water.
- 6
Pour this baghar over the dahi and serve with chapati or rice or as a sideline.
