First take a bowl add fine Atta powder and chakki Atta powder in it

Add water Knead it well and make a hard dow

Now use wet hand and Knead it again and again to make soft dow

Now rest for 20 min

Make balls of it

Use rolling pin make roti and make on pan
- 7
Add little oil on front and cook and little oil on back and cook
- 8
Now enjoy soft roti with what ever you like
