This Subzi is everyone's favourite in the home. Very easy to make.
Steps

Chop both vegetables into small pieces. Wash it.

Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot add jeera, garlic, asfoitida and turmeric.

Add chopped vegetables. Add Red chilli powder and salt. Don't add water. Cover it and cook it on low flame for another 5-7 minutes.

Serve hot with Bhakhari or Roti.
