It is a variant of the chop suey and it's widely popular in Mumbai after Vada Pav.

Steps

For fried noodles take any noodles boil and Drain it nicely.

Add 2-3 tbsp cornflour and mix it well, Heat oil and deep fry Noodle until light golden, take it out on tissue paper.

Now take a big deep bowl combine all the ingredients and toss them well until they're completely combined with the sauces.

Finally serve Chinese Bhel immediately garnish it with fried noodles and Coriander or spring onion.

Note:- While boiling Noodles add salt as per taste in the boiling water.
