Boil chicken first, then boil macaroni in a pan with salt and oil.

In a pan heat the oil and add boil chicken,onion,shimla mirch and mix well. Now add pizza sauce and cook for one minute. Now add macaroni and mix well.

Now add all mixture in a oven proof dish.

Now cut bread slices and put on macaroni.

Now take a small bowl add butter, garlic paste and coriander leaves and mix well.now put this mixture into bread slices.

Now add cheese on it and put this mixture in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
