Ingredients

  1. 225 grspaghetti
  2. 250 grbeef
  3. 50 grcheddar cheese
  4. 4tomatoes
  5. 4 tbsptomato sauce
  6. 1 tbspolive oil
  7. 1paprica
  8. 1/2onion
  9. 1garlic
  10. 1 tspsalt
  11. 1 tsppepper
  12. 1 tspsugar
  13. 500 mlwaters
  14. Italian herbs

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the ingredients. Chop the beef, onions and garlic. Cut the paprica into cubes.

    Boil the spaghetti, stirring constantly for 10 minutes. Remove and drain, add olive oil to get al dente spaghetti.

    Bolognese sauce: Boil the tomatoes for 2 minutes, peel the skin, blend until smooth. Heat the pan, pour an olive oil. Add the onions, garlic and green paprica. Add chopped beef & water, and cook for 10 minutes. Pour the tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, sugar and pepper.

    Serve the spaghetti on a plate, add the bolognese sauce, grated cheese, and Italian herbs.
