Cashew chikki

First dry roast cashews for 2-3 minutes and keep it aside.

Then heat ghee in a pan. Add sugar and mix well. Allow sugar to melt on a medium flame. Stir continuously.

Once the sugar dissolves completely(brown colour), turn off the flame.

Add cardamom powder.

Put the cashew pieces and mix well.

Grease the rolling board and pour the mixture on it. Grease the rolling pin and flatten the chikki mixture as thin as you wish.

Cut chikki in any shape you want. Once it's cooled break it with hands and store in air tight container.
