Cooking Instructions

Transfer grated carrot and beetroot to a mixing bowl

After that add all the spices and salt to it and mix properly.

Then add all the flours to this mixture and knead a soft dough without adding any water.

After that form lemon sized balls taking out the portion from dough.Then grease appam pan wuth few drops of oil & pre heat the pan on low flame. Place the balls formed in the cavities.

Cover the pan with the lid and allow it to cook for 2 minutes and then remove the lid and flip the balls and cook it till it becomes crispy from all sides

After around 2 minutes,crispy,spicy and healthy starters get ready to be served. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
