In a kadai heat oil.

Put rai and let it splutter.

Add peanuts. Roast for 2 mins. Add curry leaves and green chillies. Stir it.

Add all veggies. Saute for 5 mins.

Add salt and turmeric. Mix well.

Now add suji. Cook for 5 mins in medium flame.

Add glass of water. Mix it and cover it and cook for 5 mins or till water absorbs.

Mix it well.

Now take out on serving plate and give shape of your choice. and garnish with coriander leaves

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
