Soaked chickpeas all over the night. In morning drain water from it and make cooker add chickpeas and salt,water and make whistle it 5 to 6 times. Drain water from boil chickpeas in sieve.keep aside boil chickpeas.

Take one cooker for gravy. Firstly add oil when heated add ginger, garlic paste and finely chopped onions in it

When onions turns golden brown than add finely chopped tomatoes and cashew nuts.

Leave it for a few minutes allowed them to saute then add fenugreek leaves.

Now close the cooker lid and allow it to whistle 3 to 4 times. When cooker cools down open the lid.

Grind the gravy in mixer grinder. Add All masala in gravy coriander seed powder,red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder and chhole masale

Mix all masala in gravy and add boiled chickpeas. Allowed them to saute till the oil come out from gravy. Than add water and close the lid for whistle one time

After open the lid of cooker pind chole is ready to serve you can serve it with rice, chapatis or with bread
