3garlic cloves minced
1small onion chopped
1medium carrot chopped
1Green pepper chopped
280 gmushrooms chopped
1/2tspn died thyme
1/2tspn died oregano
1 cantomatoes chopped
120 mlveg stock

Basil, sundried toms, tomato puree, Worcester sauce, Mustard

Fry onion and garlic for a few minutes until soft

Add carrot, green pepper, mushrooms. Fry for 5 minutes

Add remaining ingredients, stir, cook for 30 mins

Remove 350ml of bolognese mixture, blend and return to pan

Heart and serve with spaghetti
