1tomato chopped
Salt as required
Small gooseberry sized Tamarind
To roast
2 tspChana dal
1 tspcumin seeds
2-4red chillies
2 tspcoriander seeds
2 tspUrad dal
leavesFew curry

Roast all the ingredients under roast section and keep it aside

Sauté onion and tomato in oil. Keep it aside

Sauté mint leaves.

Grind everything together with salt and tamarind

Serve with idli or dosa
