  • 5-6Apple sliced
  • 1 tspGreen tea (any typ of qehwa)
  • 1 inchCinnamon stick
  • Honey to taste (opt)

    Wash your hand say bisiAllah and droud shareef

    Take water in a sauce pan

    Add 1tsp green tea qehwa

    Add Cinnamon

    Heat it and bring it to boil

    Once it boils turn off the heat and let it sit for 10m

    Strain it add Honey to taste and serve hot
