Ingredients

2 people
  • 1Peeled & Grated Cucumber -
  • 1Peeled &Grated Carrot-
  • 1/2 cupPeanuts roasted & coarsely crushed-
  • 1/2 cupPomegranate-
  • as per tasteSendha Namak-
  • 1/2 tspBlack Pepper Powder-
  • 8-10Raisins
  • as requiredCashews (salted)
  • 1/2 tspLemon juice (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl put all the above ingredients except peanuts and dry Fruits.

  2. 2

    Then add salt (sendha namak) and black Pepper powder according to taste.

  3. 3

    Add peanut and dry Fruits when you serve....so they do not loose lose their crunch.

  4. 4

    Cut the cashews into two halves and roast them in ghee for a minute or two add sendha namak and a pinch of black Pepper powder then add to the salad.

  5. 5

    Serve chilled...you can add lemon juice while serving.
