  1. 100 gmbuckwheat flour
  2. 2boiled and mashed potato
  3. 1/2 tsprock salt
  4. 1chopped green chili
  5. 1 tspcoriander leaves
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl, add buckwheat flour, mashed potato, coriander powder, coriander leaves, chopped chili and salt,Mix well together and make a dough

    Make a vada by your palm

    Heat oil in a big pan, and fry both sides until golden brown
