Falahari Salad

In a bowl put all the above ingredients except peanuts and dry Fruits.

Then add salt (sendha namak) and black Pepper powder according to taste.

Add peanut and dry Fruits when you serve....so they do not loose lose their crunch.

Cut the cashews into two halves and roast them in ghee for a minute or two add sendha namak and a pinch of black Pepper powder then add to the salad.

Serve chilled...you can add lemon juice while serving.
