I started cooking when I came delhi for studies, whenever something good was cooked at home my mom and my grandma were sad that I couldn't eat properly here.
So I decided that I'll learn to cook, I started cooking, initially Videos of Kabita's kitchen and Ranveer brar were very helpful and later it became my passion now everyone inspires me for cooking when I see anyone cooking anything it comes to my mind that I have to cook it in better way and then I start tailoring the recipes.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 100 gms Poha
  • 200 mlwater
  • 2 tbspMustard oil for tadka
  • 1 tspRaai for tadka
  • 8-10Curry leaves for takda
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 medium sizedonion finely chopped
  • 1 medium sizedtomato finely chopped
  • 2Green chillies finely chopped
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 2-3 tspChaat masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • As requiredHaldiram Aaloo bhujiya
  • HandfulFresh coriander Leaves chopped for garnishing

    Wash poha properly that any extra small particle get away and keep poha aside in a strainer.

    Take a pan, pour mustard oil in it when the pan is hot.

  3. 3

    When the oil is heated, put raai in it wait for 2-3 seconds and there go curry leaves and after 2-3 seconds hing and haldi powder.

  4. 4

    And remember gas is on medium high flame in this whole process.

  5. 5

    After that washed poha goes in stir it well with spatula over medium high flame.

  6. 6

    Its done after 20-30 seconds, turn off the flame.

  7. 7

    Now finely chopped onion, tomato and green chillies, mix it well.

  8. 8

    And now plating is done, take it out in plate garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and Haldiram aalo bhujiya and now you are good to go.
